Within the scope of data processing on our behalf, the third party provider Net. Processing on other servers only takes place within the framework described here.
2. Access data in server log files
You can visit our website without giving any personal information. Whenever a web page is opened, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of the website visit, transferred data volume and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the visit.
This access data is used exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offer. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR. All access data will be deleted at the latest seven days after the end of your visit.
3. Data collection and use for the execution of the contract
We collect personal data if you provide it to us when you contact us (e. g. via contact form or e-mail). We use the data provided by you to process your enquiries in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. After processing the enquiries, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiry of any tax and commercial law retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to make further use of your data, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you below.
In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, to display suitable products or for market research purposes, we use so-called cookies on various pages. This serves the protection of our legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your mobile device. Some of the cookies used by us are deleted after the end of the browser session, i. e. after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our site (persistent cookies). You can find the duration of the storage in the overview in the cookie settings of your web browser. You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of each browser, which explains how to change your cookie settings. These can be found for each browser under the following links:

5. Use of YouTube videos
On this website, we embed YouTube videos. This is done in YouTube's "Advanced Privacy" mode. When playing videos, cookies are used for statistical purposes. Further information is available at: https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
6. Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for web analytics
For website analysis, this website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, LLC (www.google.de). This serves the protection of our legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR. Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of the website, such as cookies. The automatically collected information about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating the IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address will be shortened prior to transmission within the Member States of the European Union or in other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Google, LLC is headquartered in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. Based on this agreement between the US and the European Commission, the latter has established an appropriate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.
You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
As an alternative to the browser plugin, you can click this link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie is stored on your mobile device. If you delete your cookies, you will need to click the link again.
Google Tag Manager
We also use the Google Tag Manager to manage our usage-based advertising services. The Tag Manager tool itself is a cookie-free domain and does not collect any personal data. Rather, the tool triggers other tags that in turn may collect data (see above). If you have deactivated a domain or cookie level, it will remain active for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
7. Possibility of contact and your rights
You have a right to free of charge information about the data stored by us concerning your person as well as a right to correction, restriction of the processing, data transferability or deletion of these data.
If you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data, about information, correction, restriction of the processing or deletion of data as well as revocation of consents granted or objection to a specific use of data, please contact us directly via the contact details in our imprint.
In addition, you have a right of appeal to the competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. Right of objection
To the extent that we process personal data as described above in order to protect our legitimate interests, as part of a balancing of interests, you may object to this processing with effect for the future. If the data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may exercise this right at any time as described above. Insofar as the processing is carried out for other purposes, you have a right of objection only if there are reasons which arise from your particular situation.
After exercising your right of opposition, we will not further process your personal data for these purposes, unless we can prove compelling reasons worthy of protection for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
This does not apply if processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes. Then we will not process your personal data for this purpose.
